TBL is requesting a slow down at Columbia City March 31st 0800-1700

Lewis and Clark Bridge approach buoy #3 is off station 03/15/26 It’s about 50′ inside of the bridge towards the channel. See picture attached. Coast Guard has been notified.

Kalama North Security;   (360) 606-7291 Guards only on duty 0900-0300. They are happy to open the gates when coming from the waterside. No one is on duty from 0300-0900

There is a boat sinking/sunk about 250ft upstream of the green buoy 59 by Bybee Ledge near. Boat is anywhere between 100-150ft inside the channel.
