Please use caution tying up at SeaPort Terminal and try not to use the upstream dolphin for initial contact.  If you notice anything unusual or have concerns at this facility please let us know. There is apparently some damage to the upriver dolphin structure.

The southernmost Dolphin BD-4 should not be used for initial impact when berthing vessels. Ship captains should be directed to use BD-1 downstream for this purpose, and small barge captains will use BD-2 and BD-3 as they are currently.”
