Patrol boats will be out beginning Friday throughout the Holiday weekend for fishing vessels not cooperating. Columbia, Cowlitz, and Clark County Sheriffs boats, along with 2 Washington Dep Fish & Game vessels will be around and monitoring the river especially Cowlitz/Lewis River areas.
