NOAA deployed a yellow, oceanographic data collection buoy to measure currents in the Columbia River near Crims Island
Dike Light 6 (LLNR 10685) The buoy has a yellow light with a group flashing (5) every 20 seconds characteristic. It will be in that position until September 30th.
