Millennium Bulk Terminals is no longer. Alcoa purchased the land/dock. They plan on spending money to upgrade the dock, catwalks , etc. They will have a derrick and barges in the vicinity now and until updates are completed. All the buildings will be demolished shoreside, then the parcel will be up for sale.
